By accessing or using TutorHub SG ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

TutorHub SG is an online marketplace that connects parents and students with private tutors and tuition centres in Singapore. We facilitate matches but are not a party to any tutoring engagement.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise platform security

5. Tutor & Centre Listings

Tutors and centres are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information. TutorHub SG does not guarantee the quality of any tutoring service and is not liable for outcomes of tutoring engagements.

6. Fees & Payments

The Platform may charge fees for certain features. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you are charged. Paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

TutorHub SG is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
